Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between PerovMax (the “Service”) and its users in connection with the use of the measurement data analysis service provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “User” means a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• “Account” means the email-based login credential created to identify the user and access the Service.
• “Content” means the measurement data the user uploads to the Service and its analysis settings and results.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Service may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law, and will give prior notice of any amendment. A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Sign-up and Account)

Users create an account with an email address and password. The Service does not accept sign-ups from children under the age of 14. Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and are liable for damages arising from negligent management of their account.

Article 5 (Service Content)

The Service provides features to upload, analyze, visualize, and export solar cell measurement data (such as J-V and EQE). The specific content of the Service may be added to or changed as operationally necessary.

Article 6 (Fees)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. The Service may introduce paid features in the future; in that case, the fees and payment terms will be announced in advance and charges will be made only to the extent the user has consented.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property and User Content)

• Intellectual property rights in the Service and its software, design, and trademarks belong to the Service operator.
• Rights to the Content uploaded by a user remain with the user.
• The user agrees that the Service may process such Content (including consigned processing under the Privacy Policy) to the extent necessary to operate the Service, such as providing analysis features and storage.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

• Users must not infringe the rights of others or violate laws or these Terms.
• Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Users must hold lawful rights to the data they upload.

Article 9 (Data and Backup)

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they upload. The Service makes reasonable efforts to protect data, but users are advised to keep separate backups of important data.

Article 10 (Restriction of Use and Account Termination)

If a user violates these Terms or applicable law, or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Service may restrict use or terminate the account after prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases). A user may terminate the service agreement at any time by deleting their account from the settings screen.

Article 11 (Change or Suspension of Service)

The Service may change or suspend all or part of the Service as operationally or technically necessary.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control, such as force majeure or causes attributable to the user. The Service limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 13 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s address under the Civil Procedure Act.
